If you have continuous fogging problems despite trying the tips above you might want to look into a new ,helmet,, preferably one that uses a Pinlock visor.
17/5/2018, · I have an Icon Alliance with ,fog,-free visors and haven't had an issue if I crack the visor open about 1/8 inch (also has breath deflector)- but I don't ride in really cold weather (not below 50s). Reviews on this ,helmet,/shield basically ,say, they don't ,fog,, but water condensation may form.
Of course, rubbing the pin lock lens with anything but ,fog,-proof cleaner ,doesn’t, do it any favors either. Pinlock lens inserts costs around 30 bucks more if it’s shaped to a specific ,helmet,, more again if it’s treated with an anti-,fog, solution, more again if it’s tinted and more again if it’s sold by a ,helmet, manufacturer like Arai or Shoei.
